Delivery and pickup
We carefully prepare your order for collection.
You can pick it up at the Alma Chocolates® factory in Almaty or arrange delivery across Almaty and to any city in Kazakhstan.
Pickup
Website orders are handed over at the factory: 6 Vernenskaya St, Almaty. Mon–Sat, 10:00–20:00. After payment we call you to say when the order is ready — usually the same or the next working day.
Delivery in Almaty
We deliver by courier across the city. Cost and timing are agreed when we confirm the order — they depend on the district and volume. Checkout on the website currently offers pickup; to order delivery, message us on WhatsApp.
Delivery across Kazakhstan
We ship to other cities via transport and courier services. Chocolate travels in a thermal box, and in hot months we choose the delivery method with temperature in mind. Timing and cost are calculated individually.
Payment
Website orders are paid online by bank card via Robokassa; the electronic receipt is emailed to you. For companies we issue an invoice — build your option in the configurator on the For Business page.
