What is the minimum quantity for a corporate order?
From 50 pieces, in multiples of 50. For an exact quote, build your configuration on the For Business page and request an invoice via WhatsApp.
Is the logo applied to the chocolate itself or to the packaging?
Directly onto the chocolate — using our patented technology. The packaging is also designed in your company's corporate style.
In what format should I send my logo artwork?
In vector format — CDR, AI or PDF.
What corporate gift formats are there?
Bars of 24, 100 and 200 g, sets of 1 to 4 mini bars, and gift sets in two sizes — medium and large.
What kinds of chocolate are available?
Milk, dark, extra dark and white. For gift sets, a coloured coating in your brand's shade is also available.
Do you have sugar-free chocolate?
Yes, the Nomad's Sweets line includes sugar-free dark and milk chocolate.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices in the configurator include VAT. The final quote depends on quantity and design — contact us.
How do I order a corporate gift?
Build your option in the configurator on the For Business page and click “Request an invoice” — the request opens in WhatsApp with your chosen configuration.
What are the production lead times?
Usually 10–14 days. We will confirm the exact timing with your quote.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver across Almaty and all of Kazakhstan. Website checkout currently offers factory pickup; to order delivery, message us on WhatsApp — terms and cost are agreed individually.
Where can I buy your chocolate at retail?
In our online catalog: choose a product and place your order via the cart.
